Privacy Notice
This notice explains how AllSign handles personal information used to provide and secure the service.
Information we process
We process account and organization details, recipient contact information, documents and signature fields, usage and audit events, device and security information, support messages, and subscription/payment references.
Why we process it
We use information to provide signing and approval workflows, authenticate users and recipients, deliver emails, prevent abuse, support customers, maintain audit records, and administer subscriptions.
Service providers
AllSign uses service providers including Base44 for application infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and MyFatoorah for payment processing once enabled. Each provider processes information needed for its service.
Payment data
Card and wallet credentials are entered with MyFatoorah and are not stored by AllSign. We retain payment references, plan, status, amount, currency, and billing dates needed to manage subscriptions and records.
Sharing and access
Organization administrators and authorized members can access organization data according to their role. Signing links should be treated as confidential because they grant access to the intended signing session.
Retention and security
We retain information for service delivery, audit integrity, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use access controls, secure links, managed storage, and event records, but no system can eliminate every risk.
Your choices and deletion
You may correct profile information, manage organization access, and download documents. You can initiate deletion at any time from Profile or the public Account Deletion page. AllSign deletes the account and associated personal data within 7 days, except audit, financial, or legal records that must be retained.
