Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AllSign. By creating an account or using a signing link, you agree to them.
Service
AllSign provides document preparation, electronic-signature workflows, approval campaigns, delivery, and audit records. You are responsible for deciding whether a workflow and signature method are appropriate for your document and jurisdiction.
Accounts and organizations
Keep account credentials secure and ensure organization members have the correct permissions. Organization administrators control members, billing, branding, and organization data.
Documents and consent
Only upload and send documents you are authorized to use. You must obtain any required consent from recipients and must not use AllSign for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited activity.
Subscriptions and taxes
Paid plans are billed in SAR through MyFatoorah once checkout is enabled. Prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and the total charge are shown before payment. A plan is not activated until payment is confirmed.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Recurring plans renew for the selected period until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AllSign reliable and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AllSign is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
